Jeff Scott Soto Joins Octavision
Octavision, the progressive metal/rock outfit who feature acclaimed bassist Victor Wooten within their numbers as well as founder/guitarist Hovak Alaverdyan, keyboardists Steve Weingart & Ara Torosyan and drummer Roman Lomtadze, have welcomed vocalist Jeff Scott Soto to their ranks.
